The Group Huddle brings people together to develop their confidence and capacity to de-escalate conflict with humor in 3 stages over 5 weeks.

Each Kickoff session will go through all 3 stages of The Group Huddle—Gut-Trust, Active Listening, and Integration—using different playbooks of activities so we can explore what practices work best for each of us. We're working towards one goal of developing The Group Huddle, but no two Kickoff sessions will be the same!
You'll be guided by your fearless coach, Tryx Grant (he/her), who draws from Applied Improvisation, a form that explores the uses, tools, mindsets, and games of improvised theater in non-theatrical settings. A former player in a collegiate musical improv comedy troupe, Tryx wants to explore the expansive possibilities of building better relationships with ourselves and others through a practice rooted in play.
