Seattle is home port to one of the biggest fishing fleets in the world. From crab and salmon to cod and pollock, the vessels you see around Seattle’s waterfront fish from California to Alaska and support communities and economies near and far.
This session will familiarize attendees with this historic sector, exploring the critical role fisheries play in powering local economies, nourishing communities, and leading global sustainability advancements. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with industry leaders.
