About Event
2B STRONG is a ladies-only strength workshop that gives you the knowledge and confidence to train independently on the gym floor. Each session breaks down key barbell lifts and movements so you understand what you’re doing and why – not just following a workout. In a supportive, small-group setting, you’ll learn, lift, and leave feeling stronger, more capable, and confident to tackle the gym on your own.
Week 3: Push (Bench / Shoulder Press) Focus on your upper-body pressing movements, including bench and overhead presses. We’ll cover technique, setup, and muscle engagement so you can lift safely and effectively. Build strength, stability, and confidence in your pushing power.
