With 15 years in executive search across high-growth tech and VC/PE-backed businesses, she brings deep expertise in senior commercial and technical hiring - spanning fintech, AI, and enterprise software. Before JBM, Hannah founded Vyterra Talent and held senior roles at Zeren and Renoir. She is known for building long-term relationships with both founders and executives, and for the quality and rigour she brings to every search. Hannah is based in the UK and works across London, Europe, the Middle East, and the US.
