Lunch: Bloomberg Terminal Computer Use Agents
Bloomberg Terminal sessions contain long-horizon traces of how senior quant traders research, including their actions, queries, context shifts, hypotheses and decisions.
This invite-only research circle explores how these trajectories can train long-running quant research agents. The focus is on computer use as a source of research data, not necessarily as the final execution interface.
Raphael Volpert from Alexandria and Maximilian Eichler are hosting the session at Earlybird Venture Capital’s London office.
We will discuss:
How RL environments for Bloomberg Terminal research should be designed
How to represent actions, state, intent and quant-specific semantics
Which workflows are most valuable to capture, from idea generation and security screening to portfolio construction and risk analysis
There will be no presentations or fixed programme. This is not a hackathon. It is three hours of collaborative discussion in a boardroom, with smaller spaces for focused conversations.
Bring a laptop if you want to inspect tools, look up research or test ideas.
