About Event

Most founders spend their time trying to prove their idea will work. In this Challenge, you're going to put it to the test to see if it stand up to the challenge, or if a better idea emerges in its place.

Over 5 days, you'll:

  • Use product thinking to stress-test your startup idea

  • Learn how customers actually think about competition (it's not what you think).

  • Design a real willingness-to-pay test.

  • Run it with actual potential buyers.

  • Reach a verdict: GO, PIVOT, or STOP

If your idea survives, you'll know it's worth building.

If it doesn't, you just saved yourself months and thousands of dollars. Either way, you’ll learn invaluable product thinking skills that will empower the rest of your entrepreneurial journey.

How the Challenge works:

1. Kick-off: Monday (live, 90 min, recording available after)

Teaching session on competition from the customer's perspective and how to design a willingness-to-pay test.

2. Get it done: Tuesday-Thursday (async, content available via Notion / email, 30-90 min/day):

Three days. Three challenges:

  • Design your test.

  • Run your test.

  • Reach your verdict.

3. The Finale: Friday (live, 60 min, recording available after)

(Link to call will be shared in your registration pack)

Join a live wrap-up and Q&A with a chance to share your learning and think about next steps!

This is for you are someone who...

  • Believes in your idea but hasn't truly tested whether anyone would pay for it, or you’ve tried to sell it and had no luck

  • You've done some "validation" but you're not haring anything new

  • You know you should test harder but you've been avoiding it
