This experience with be messy and spill-y and beautiful and potent and touch in to the parts of you that you enjoy feeling, enjoy sharing and being, and the parts of you that feel eeeeedgy and make you want to do that cute shy thing move where you put your chin close to your shoulder and you squeal a bit in your mind. I'm bringing what I've explored and experienced in my energetic and physical body to this offering that will use movement, dance and connection to space and music to beeeee bebebebbee. Fricken be.

Return to Self Through Movement
Come join us for a 60 minute movement experience that will enliven the relationship you have with your inner world. In this workshop you will be invited to move in and out of textures, shapes and emotions with the intent of creating a larger spectrum of full bodied aliveness and awareness.
You will be welcomed into the space with guided conversation and icebreaker activities - shaking off identities and creating space to show up as is. We will drop into a body scan, tuning into each part of you; seeing it, feeling it, illuminating it from the inside out. We slowly move from the floor, stretching, expressing and exploring; orienting to the space. The body of this offering is to move freely, letting curiosity, play, wonder, and impulse take the lead. You will be guided through prompts eliciting emotion, weight and shape, carving out physical and energetic space as invitations to continue stepping into truth.
