​Matt Karakilic - Matt is a design leader with 18 years building intelligent systems. He helped architect design systems (UKG), led global teams (Hitachi Energy), and built agentic AI (Matt AI). Now he consults on transforming tedious workflows with AI agents, teaches at Emily Carr, and mentors through Designed Forward.

Steve Toth - ​Steve is a senior marketing leader and agency-side strategist with 25+ years of experience. As Director at Lampyon Health Communications and Co-Founder at Vancouver Marketing Hub, he has assessed hundreds of portfolios throughout his career and regularly mentors emerging talent.
