About Event

Presented by NYEdTech & Andjelka Djukic, Head of Sales at Eclincher

AI didn’t come into education and suddenly change everything - it revealed what was already not working.

From engagement struggles to content overload to outdated learning models, AI is forcing a much more honest conversation about how people actually learn, build skills, and stay relevant.

Coming with a background working across US, Canada and Western Europe and as a Balkan woman operating in tech and business, Andjelka brings a perspective shaped by different systems, expectations, and access to opportunity - which often look very different depending on where (and who) you are.

This session is a practical, conversation-driven deep dive into what’s really happening at the intersection of AI, education, marketing and digital behavior.

We’ll explore:

· Why AI isn’t the disruption we think it is - and what it’s actually exposing
· How learner behavior is shifting (and why traditional formats struggle to keep up)
· The gap between content creation and actual learning outcomes
· What “human-first” learning means in an AI-driven environment
· How attention, motivation, and digital habits are reshaping education
· Where ed-tech, marketing, and learning experience design are starting to overlap                      · How geography, access, and visibility still shape who gets heard and who doesn’t

This won’t be a theoretical talk - it’s grounded in real-world experience across ed-tech platforms, SaaS, and digital growth, with examples of what’s actually working (and what isn’t).

The session is designed to be interactive, with space for discussion, shared perspectives, and honest takes from the community.
