Business Operations for Architecture Firms: A Hands-on AI Workshop

​A 90-minute, hands-on workshop for architects who want to put AI to work on the business side of running a firm.

​You'll work along in Claude on your own computer, on the work that fills a firm's week outside of design: proposals, project kickoffs, meeting notes and client follow-up. You'll leave with a few workflows you can use the next day.

​Eligible attendees get a free month of Claude Max. The free month is for new Claude Max subscriptions only, so you qualify if you have never subscribed to Claude Max. Registration closes two working days before the workshop, on Wednesday, December 2 at 9:00 AM Pacific, because the codes are set up in advance.

​Who it's for: principals, firm leaders, project architects and operations staff at firms of any size. No AI experience needed.

​What to bring: a computer with enough screen room to follow along on Zoom and share your screen. A second monitor helps. Setup steps arrive a week before the session.
