LinkedIn Strategies for Animal Advocates: Build Visibility and Create Opportunities
✨ Event Overview
LinkedIn can feel overwhelming or like “just another social media platform,” but it can also be a powerful tool for advancing both personal and organizational goals when used with intention.
In this session, Monica Chen, Executive Director of New Roots Institute, will share candid reflections on what she's learned from her experiments on LinkedIn and why she believes the animal advocacy movement is seriously underinvesting in LinkedIn.
This session will be recorded and recording sent to everyone who RSVPs.
This session will offer common mistakes to avoid, insights into how the algorithm works, and why you need to invest more time on your LinkedIn presence! Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all formula, she’ll share practical tips and real-world examples that advocates can adapt to their own work in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
