​She is currently running value creation mandates across multiple private equity portfolios in healthcare and education, and serves as a Strategic Advisor at Systango and a Non-Executive Director at The Open University Business School.

​Namrata is the founder of Women in Product UK (4,000 plus members) and CPO Track (700 plus product executives globally). She is a keynote speaker at Oxford Said, Cambridge Judge, NYU, and Imperial College Business School, among others.
