This session explores the intersection of Game Design—the art of creating engaging, rule-based systems—and Liberating Structures, a repertoire of 33 facilitation techniques designed to include and unleash everyone in a group.
Most organizations are held back by "boring games": top-down meetings, status reports, and brainstorming sessions that stifle creativity.
In this workshop, we treat organizational culture and team dynamics as a "game" that can be intentionally redesigned to foster higher engagement, psychological safety, and collective intelligence.
