Postpartum Workout with Katja 🤸♀️
This 90-minute workshop is all about you, your recovery, your strength, and your energy. Together with Katja, you’ll learn how to move safely after birth, rebuild strength from the inside out, and feel confident in your changing body again.
We’ll train gently but effectively, talk honestly about postpartum myths, and share what actually works in real mom life, no “bounce back” talk, just genuine support.
