Brand Lab workshop for early-stage tech startups
Brand Lab is a 2-day in-person workshop for technical founders who are launching their product to market and want to attract first users and early funders.
Make your project easy to see, easy to remember, easy to tell about. So adoption and fundraising get easier too.
One framework, a library of templates and 8+ hours of collaborative work.
Two small cohorts. Maximum 8 people each.
Brand Lab guides you through a three-layer framework for building a desirable company reputation. It combines
✓ essential positioning exercises,
✓ easy-to-use AI-ready user research tactics,
✓ proven storytelling formulas,
✓ website conversion secrets and
✓ human psychology insights
into 8+ hours of content and guided practice to help you create understanding, excitement and trust even before your product is fully available.

What will you need for this workshop?
This workshop is for founders who already know who they’re building for, what problems they’re solving, and how their market playground looks today. Insights — or at least plans — on these three aspects are the ingredients we will work with. If you don’t have them, message me in advance, and we’ll see what we can do.

Know before you sign up:
You will see results only after applying the framework to your product. Besides all the templates and resources and 8+ hours of collaborative work during the workshop, success will require time from you, plus some attention and input from your team and people who already care about what you do.
This workshop works only for projects that solve real PROBLEMS for real people. TradeFi, AI-for-the-sake-of-AI, and other "market opportunities" are not a good fit.
If you are struggling to answer these questions for yourself because your tech is not nearly ready (or if you are in the idea stage), consider booking a FREE prep call with me. Just check the dedicated box during checkout and we'll find time before the workshop to talk about your project.
See you in San Francisco soon!
P.S. You'll see the venue after registering, but for your commuting planning, it's near Gonder Gate Park.
