Josephine and Dr. B invite you to join us for a special virtual Meditative Craft Club experience — coming to the comfort of your own home!
Have you been craving a little time to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make space for creativity?
Join us for a relaxing, inspiring, and interactive hour that brings together meditation, the science of creativity, and the joy of making art. No artistic experience is necessary — just bring an open mind and a willingness to give yourself the gift of a creative reset.
MCC is about more than making art. It’s about giving yourself permission to pause, be present, explore your creativity, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit.
🌿 What to Expect
✨ The Science of Creativity: Dr. B will share how creativity, art, and meditation can positively influence our physiology and support our overall well-being.
🧘 Guided Meditation: Josephine, Reiki Master, will guide you through a meditation to help you slow down, settle in, and reconnect with yourself.
🎨 A Creative Art Experience: Josephine will introduce a simple, engaging art project that invites you to explore your creativity without pressure or the need to make anything perfect.
💛 Sharing & Connection: We’ll close with time to share our experiences, reflect, and connect with one another.
Whether you’re a seasoned artist or someone who hasn’t picked up a paintbrush in years, you belong here. This is about the experience, not the outcome. Come as you are, create at your own pace, and enjoy a little time just for YOU.
🖌️ Supplies to Have on Hand
Gather whatever you already have at home. You don’t need anything fancy!
A sketchbook
Colored markers or pencils
A watercolor pad and watercolor palette (dollar-store supplies are perfectly fine!)
OR a canvas if you prefer
Choose the materials that feel right for you. The goal is to enjoy the process, not to create a masterpiece.

We’re so glad you’re here. This space is created for creativity, stillness, connection, and nervous system restoration in community.
By registering, you agree to the following:
1. Purpose of This Space
Meditative Craft Club is a creative wellness experience that includes guided meditation, craft activities, and brief wellness education.
All content is for general educational and inspirational purposes only and is not medical, psychological, or clinical advice. Participation does not create a doctor-patient or therapeutic relationship and is not a substitute for care from your own licensed healthcare providers.
2. Participation & Well-Being
Participation is voluntary. You may opt in or out of any activity at any time.
You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after the event. If you have health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.
3. Assumption of Risk & Release
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
You agree to release and hold harmless Meditative Craft Club, its facilitators, collaborators, venue partners, and affiliates from any claims or liability arising from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Tickets, Transfers & Refund Policy
All tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another MCC session within 6 months of the original purchase date, subject to availability.
Tickets may also be transferred to another individual, provided the MCC team is notified and approves the change before the event.
5. Photos & Media
Photos and/or video may be taken during the event for promotional and community-sharing purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the organizers before the event begins.
6. Wellness Education
Occasional brief wellness education may be shared by a licensed healthcare professional on topics such as stress, sleep, brain health, and midlife wellness.
