SheTO NYC Hub | Agent Debt and Review Overload
Less than 9% of Engineering Executive roles are held by women. SheTO is changing that! We are the world’s largest private network of women and non-binary engineering leaders! Our events are real talk and offer real world solutions to issues that women and non-binary engineering leaders face.
Where: New York City - Location details will be shared with approved attendees post registration
When: November 12th, 6:00-8:00PM ET
Topic: Agent Debt and Review Overload
AI agents are writing more code than ever, and your teams are the ones left reviewing it. Pull requests are piling up, review queues keep growing, and the shortcuts we accept today turn into the “agent debt” we pay for tomorrow.
Join SheTO and Harness for a candid conversation with engineering leaders on how they’re handling this shift. We’ll talk about how to keep quality high without burning out your reviewers, where to draw the line on what agents ship, and how to rethink your delivery process for an AI-first world.
Come ready to share what’s working (and what isn’t) on your teams. You don’t need to be a SheTO member to join, so bring a colleague with you!

This is how SheTO exists:
Every hub, every peer group, every room full of leaders who get it is powered by people like you. When you pay what you can, you’re investing in SheTO as a whole, not just this event. You’re helping us keep this community open, growing, and here for the next leader who needs it. Can’t contribute right now? Come anyway. You belong here. 💜
You're not a member yet? Not a problem! This a great opportunity to get a feeling of what the SheTO community has to offer.
Attendance is by approval only.
Appetizers and beverages will also be provided.
