CHOW! A Forest For Trees Supper Club
Join Forest For Trees for the second year of our supper club! This year’s supper club, titled CHOW!, explores food sovereignty and food justice through a rotating cast of guest chefs presenting their unique food culture and stories! Each supper club will feature an artistic activation and interactive experiences!
On Thursday Feb 26th, we welcome Auntie Erminia Apolinario from Vitória, Brazil and Samba music! We are excited to share stories about our travels to COP30 in Belém from earlier this winter!

MOQUECA BAIANA
Bahia's Afro-Brazilian style coconut milk fish stew cooked with onions, garlic, tomatoes, bell peppers, ginger, cilantro, and palm oil. Served with rice, beans, and pirão. *Veggie option available
