Climate Calm: An Earth-Inspired Yoga Practice
Join us during Austin Climate Week for a 75-minute Earth-themed yoga practice designed to reconnect body, breath, and planet.
This all-levels class will move through sequences inspired by the elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—inviting stability, flow, energy, and openness into the body. We’ll close with a guided Earth meditation focused on gratitude, connection, and hope for the future of our planet.
Whether you're a longtime yogi, a climate advocate, or simply someone who loves the outdoors, this practice is an opportunity to pause, ground yourself, and remember the deep relationship between personal wellbeing and the health of the Earth.
