Afternoon Bloom Floral Workshop
Harvested Arrangements from the Gut Garden with Brittany Asch of Brrch Floral
An immersive floral workshop working directly with botanicals grown into the Gut Garden harvest table — the living heart of the installation.
Guests harvest from the layered field of stems, branches, and edible florals woven into the space, then create sculptural, garden-led arrangements that honor natural movement, diversity, and wildness. As we compose, we sit with the shared language between gut and ground — the garden outside as a mirror for the ecosystem within.
Rather than designing outside of the environment, we work from within it — treating florals as ecosystem, not ornament.
What to expect:
Each guest leaves with a finished bouquet arrangement shaped by the landscape itself.
About Brittany Asch, Brrch Floral
Brittany Asch is the founder of Brrch Floral, a floral studio that creates floral climates that verge on fantasy and surrealism — inviting us to see nature differently and discover new emotional and imaginative entrances into plant life.
In collaboration with Good Bacteria at Rewilding Lab
Hosted within Rewilding Lab, a living installation created in collaboration with Good Bacteria and spatially designed by PADMA, this workshop unfolds inside an immersive environment exploring microbes, soil, fermentation, and everyday nourishment. Conceived by PADMA as a sculptural, garden-like landscape, the space invites guests to slow down and consider the parallels between gut and ground — tending the inner terrain as we would a living ecosystem.
About Good Bacteria
Good Bacteria is a rotating synbiotic system designed to restore microbial diversity, the foundation of a healthy gut ecosystem. Developed alongside leading microbiome researchers, it introduces varied probiotics, real fibers, and a targeted postbiotic to reflect the dynamic nature of the gut microbiome.
