About This Event

As AI agents ship faster than ever, a new challenge emerges: how do teams actually coordinate across human and AI work?

Join us for an evening that cuts through the hype. We're bringing together successful founders, family businesses and top-level executives to explore what coordination looks like when agents are part of your everyday workflow – with insights and enough time for questions and discussions from a world-leading AI researcher, Oxford professor and MIT AI Lab PhD, exploring the intersection of AI and human behavior.

What to Expect

We start with a keynote by Prof. Max van Kleek (Oxford Prof & MIT Researcher, Alike Co-Founder, LEAP4 & Andreessen Horowitz Portfolio).

Max is an Oxford Computer Science professor with 25 years building personal agents and semantic technologies at MIT CSAIL (Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, Massachusetts Institute of Technology), PARC (Palo Alto Research Center), IBM Research, Nokia Research, and Sun Microsystems Labs. He has been programming since age 7, was teaching computer science for college students at 14 and holds a PhD from MIT. He has published extensively across Human-Computer Interaction, Artificial Intelligence, privacy, and distributed systems, with 200 peer-reviewed papers collectively garnering over 9,000 citations. Among his many projects, he open-sourced one of the earliest semantic-web based personal agent architectures called PLUM in 2001, and in 2007 his project "Atomate" for end-user trigger-action programming preceded IFTTT, which has reached over 25 million users. He co-leads Human Centered AI research group at Oxford's Department of Computer Science, focused on fair, ethical, privacy-preserving, and explainable AI architectures, where he worked with Prof Sir Tim Berners-Lee, the inventor of the World Wide Web.

Following the keynote, we dive into real-world use cases and open discussion – pragmatic examples of how companies are actually working with humans and agents side by side, and what the future of coordinated work really looks like.

Throughout the evening, you'll have ample time for detailed Q&A with Max, one of the world's leading AI scholars, while building valuable connections and having meaningful conversations. The evening concludes with an exclusive, intimate dinner.

We're keeping this very exclusive and invite-only – strictly limited to 40 guests.
