January Math and Coding workshop: Solving Real-Life Probability Problems - FLINTA* only
Hi PyLadies Berlin!
We’re excited to invite you to our next PyLadies Berlin meetup, hosted by d-fine at their office in Berlin!
🦸🏻♀️ 🦹 Non Coding Super Powers is our beloved quick series about everything else, but code, that we need to be nurtured and grown.
🎤 Non-Coding Superpower - Statistics and Probability
🗓️ When? Thursday, January 8 from 6:45pm
📍Where? d-fine
📚 Get ready for a practical session this month, as we will have the Maths and Coding – Solving Real-Life Probability Problems
It's gonna be a playful, hands-on workshop presented by Runbing Han where we crack real life probability puzzles using both pen-and-paper intuition and live Python simulations. Come and learn how to combine mathematical thinking and practical coding skills. Together we will explore how randomness really works and have fun surprising ourselves with the results. Perfect session for beginners and anyone who likes thinking, guessing, and experimenting 🥳
✨ Runbing Han obtained her Master’s in Data Science in Singapore and has led a series of math-focused deep-learning workshops. Through her workshops, she has loved bringing people together to explore concepts, learn from each other, and grow together. And today, we’ll continue that journey.
✨ D-fine, our amazing host, is a European consulting firm, which by means of scientifically minded employees, provides innovative and future-proof solutions through sustainable technological implementation.
