Welcome to the Other Minds Lab!
What is intelligence? How do we recognize intelligence in an unfamiliar context? Could intelligence itself be a planetary process?
Other Minds Lab is a new lab at Frontier Tower investigating the nature of intelligence and how to detect it in a data-driven multi-disciplinary way. Our lab will combine neuroscience, cognitive science, and philosophy of mind with the search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI) using the methods of astrophysics and planetary science. Join us for an open house. We will give a quick introduction and tour of the lab space followed by time for networking and brainstorming. Hope to see you there!
