​Most AI conversations happen at you, a keynote, a webinar, a think piece telling you what to think. This one runs the other way.

​We'll talk honestly about the moment AI showed you something you didn't expect, good or bad, and what you did with it. Is it becoming a mirror, just reflecting back whatever you bring to it, or a prism, actually helping you see something you couldn't see alone. That's the real question underneath most of what people are anxious about right now, and it's one worth sitting with out loud, with other people who are living it too.

​This session is grounded in Dr. Bailey Parnell's doctoral research on AI and human-centred leadership, and in what we're seeing across the organizations we support as they adapt in real time. It's part of Strategy Circles, a space for HR and senior people leaders to think out loud, no slides, just great conversation, supported by the SkillsCamp leadership team and a network of thinkers pushing our thinking further.
