Permission to Pick Yourself Flowers

​Join us for our very first Permission Slips event! This two-hour field trip begins at OneEighty Petals' flower field, where we'll cut our own bouquets of locally grown, in-season flowers. There's no right way to do this part: You pick what you like.

​After we've spent an hour in the field, OneEighty Petals owner Sara Lancaster will lead us in a floral-arranging class, turning the bucket of blooms we've gathered into a work of art.

​At the end of the activity, we'll spend a few minutes together to notice what it felt like to spend two hours on something entirely for yourself. (Spoiler alert: It's going to feel pretty damn good.)

​Note: Please bring a vase that you'd like to use as part of your arrangement (bigger rather than smaller).
