Breathe and Grieve
Join us for a gentle, grounding flow led by yoga teacher and instructor Veronica Cecchetti, designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and move through any feelings of grief that may arise in community.
Together, we’ll explore postures that support the movement of energy—whether that means turning inward or gently opening outward—following whatever feels right for you in the moment.
Veronica brings a deeply personal perspective to her teaching. Having experienced grief firsthand, she turned to yoga as a source of healing after the loss of both her grandmother and her former partner. She now holds space for others navigating loss, weaving together movement, breath, and compassion.
As we move through the season of spring, we’re reminded that growth doesn’t rush. Healing can be quiet, slow, and unfolding in its own time. In Chinese medicine, this season is associated with renewal, expansion, and new life—inviting us to create space for what is still growing, even as we continue to carry grief.
We’ll also explore the connection between the lungs and the heart chakra, creating room for both healing and gentle opening as we move and breathe together.
