About Event

You already know that the profile of the target customer for your venture determines the specification for the minimum viable product (MVP). But does a lot more. It drives your channel, your advertising and PR, your packaging, and even ways to keep your customers for a long time and make your business sustainable. In this presentation, we will learn about how the long-term success of your business and not just your product will depend on how well you know your target customer from the get-go and evolve as they do. We will discuss case studies on a few companies with a history of success.

Presenter Afarin Bellisario, the author of Silenced Whispers, is an expert in commercializing technology with over 3 decades of experience in Semiconductors and Advanced materials. She has held executive technical and business positions with large and small firms including BBN (Raytheon Labs), Intel, ADI, MIT, Shawmut Advanced Materials, and Fonix. She has a Ph.D. and an MBA from MIT and has served as Technology Licensing Officer at MIT.
