TSA Community Session: Guided Meditation, Gentle Yoga & Breathwork
Trojan Street Aid invites you to a restorative wellness session centered on rest, breath, and gentle movement.
The session may include chair yoga, mat-based stretching, guided breathing, or a short meditation. All activities are optional and adaptable, allowing participants to engage at their own pace.
This session reinforces that mindfulness and movement can be soft, accessible, and grounding — offering tools for stress relief, emotional regulation, and calm without pressure or perfection.
