The company is closing a $10M SAFE at a $65M valuation cap, with the round expected to close on or around July 10, 2026. The company reports that, on close, an SPV (backed by the New York Liquid Fund and a Hong Kong PE and insurance group) is set to activate, after which the company plans to step its valuation to approximately $190M and target a Series A north of $250M in Q1.
