LEGAL TALK: Localizing in Ukraine – Deep Dive Defense

​Localizing in Ukraine proves to be a crucial step for defense and dual-use start-ups founded in the EU. It offers access to procurement models, shortens supply chains and feedback loops, strengthening Ukraine’s  industrial and economic resilience.
On Nov 26. Women in Defense Tech together with BLOMSTEIN and MORIS aim to map out the strategic importance of localization of businesses from political and strategic aspects to practical legal How-Tos and dedicated regimes, accessible for foreign businesses entering Ukraine.

In several impulse presentations and deep dives, we intend to showcase the roadmap of localization and value thereof to the community of innovative start-ups.
