How to clarify your artistic value + what sets your work apart
Who your audiences and markets actually are
How to map the ecosystem around your practice (patrons, clients, collaborators)
How to build a simple, functional business model you can grow with
You’ll Work On (Deep Work):
Updating your bio, artist statement, or pitch
Drafting your 2026 goals + business model notes
Organizing your creative offerings

9:00–10:00 AM — Welcome, check-in, settle-in coworking
10:00 AM–12:00 PM — Workshop + collaborative group activities

1:00–3:00 PM — Guided Deep Work Session
About Creative Futures
The Creative Futures Con, produced by The Down Market, is a three-day summit taking place on April 10-11, 2026.
