• ​How to clarify your artistic value + what sets your work apart

• ​Who your audiences and markets actually are

• ​How to map the ecosystem around your practice (patrons, clients, collaborators)

• ​How to build a simple, functional business model you can grow with

​You’ll Work On (Deep Work):

• ​Updating your bio, artist statement, or pitch

• ​Drafting your 2026 goals + business model notes

• ​Organizing your creative offerings

​Schedule:

• ​9:00–10:00 AM — Welcome, check-in, settle-in coworking

• ​10:00 AM–12:00 PM — Workshop + collaborative group activities

• ​12:00–1:00 PM — Break

• ​1:00–3:00 PM — Guided Deep Work Session
