In this session, award-winning producer Tara McEwen will share how to create a story strategy that will get you results, and be easy to execute and manage (it might even be fun).

  • Scorched earth marketing — this was the technique used at Bell Media to promote a big event (e.g. the Super Bowl, the Oscars) where the story seemed to appear everywhere.

Tara McEwen is an award-winning producer with a background in news and lifestyle. As the Founder of her media agency, McEwen Media, Tara is using her 20+ years of experience in television to help others establish themselves as experts in media. She firmly believes social media and traditional media are capable of creating more good in the world - and it begins with conscious choices in the creative process.
