Six days to work on your company, sharpen your brand, and get to know founders you’ll want to stay close to. Ocean-view villas, workshops, space and guidance for content creation, evenings with a coach and time to explore the coast.
Time to work, learn and create
You’ll have reliable Wi-Fi and 3–4 hours on weekdays for your own work: calls, company tasks or a brainstorm with another founder. Alongside that, we’ll get together for:
Company branding: clarify your brand’s story and messaging with an expert, then develop it further in an individual consultation.
Content creation: learn how to grow your personal brand as a founder, with tips and support from our on-site content maker. You’ll also get photos and videos from the week to share on your channels.
Founder playbook exchange: share something you’ve mastered and learn from founders who’ve figured out things you’re working through.
The fun part
We’ll explore Cabo da Roca, hike to Praia da Ursa and head to Nazaré with our fingers crossed for giant waves. There’s optional morning surfing, too.
There’ll be evenings with a coach to slow down through meditation, breathwork or tea ceremonies. And evenings when someone suggests one more game, one more drink or a walk by the ocean. Suddenly it’s 2am. Going to bed at 9pm is also welcome :)

Five nights in your own bedroom in an ocean-view villa, with shared spaces for working, cooking and spending time together.

Payment plans are welcome. The price includes breakfasts, all camp sessions and guided practices, shared airport and activity transfers, scheduled trips, photos and video from the week, welcome drinks and our farewell dinner.
Flights, surf lessons, and other lunches and dinners are paid separately. Allow around €20–30/day for meals.
