I see organisations and leaders bracing themselves this year. It seems that instability and uncertainty is still present. 
As humans we need and want to trust something and someone, especially when there is chaos in the news. The Edelman Trust Barometer is already out and one of the findings is that:
 

​"Trust brokering can help bridge divides- globally, all institutions have a mandate to bridge divides and facilitate trust building."
 

​This means connecting more.Brokering, as a strategy, focuses on engaging people where they are, rather than trying to change them. This human-centred approach asks leaders to 👂🏽listen more — without judgement — to translate more rather than tell.

​🧱 Building trust is about staying with the truth. Trust isn’t built through statements or positioning. It is shaped through  💬 truthful, authentic, everyday conversations, decisions, habits, and actions.
