About Event

TLDR; Join us at Strong Pilates in Toronto for a cycle syncing 101 session followed by an evening of deep movement.

​Marlow & Strong Pilates are teaming up to teach you the 101 on cycle syncing while getting your sweat on.

The session: Connect & move irl with us while we share some foundational tips on what cycle syncing is and how to incorporate it into your day-to-day life. Plus, enjoy some free goodie bags with marlow product.

The workout: Expect a well rounded full-body pilates inspired workout. You will feel a complete full-body burn with low impact movements; paired perfectly with high intensity cardio bursts.

The Schedule

  • 5:15pm arrive

  • 5:30pm cycle syncing session

  • ​5:50-6:35pm reformer pilates session

What to Bring

  • ​Comfortable clothing to workout in

  • Pilates grippy socks (can also be purchased in studio)

  • ​Water
