Africa AI Circle
About Event
Connecting African AI Talent, Expertise and Opportunity
Africa has extraordinary AI talent, across the continent and throughout the diaspora.
But how do we connect this expertise, build real collaborations and create opportunities for greater impact?
Welcome to Africa AI Circle.
Africa AI Circle is a professional community of African and African-heritage AI professionals around the world, connecting African AI talent with the opportunity and influence to shape AI’s future, for Africa and the world.
We are launching in the UK, our first chapter, and building towards communities in other countries. Our inaugural launch is for the UK community.
Our community includes researchers and engineers, data scientists, founders, product leaders, policymakers, and professionals applying AI across industries, whether they were born in Africa or grew up elsewhere. Our ambition is a connected network of expertise, collaboration and influence.
Join us for our inaugural UK launch, online.
Thursday 26 November 2026, 6 to 7pm GMT. Free to attend.

Building opportunities: Exploring research collaboration, mentorship, partnerships and knowledge exchange.
What's next: How to get involved, contribute and help shape the Circle.
