Murtaza Ali Malik is an investment professional with extensive experience in real estate funds, financial feasibility and consulting, financial modelling, and asset management across Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
He currently serves as Assistant Vice President – Real Estate Investments at Albilad Capital, where he manages closed-ended funds focused on mixed-use, hospitality, and tourism assets. A CFA charterholder, Murtaza has been involved in multiple high-value acquisitions and development projects.
Prior to joining Albilad Capital, he worked with Colliers International and EY, gaining deep exposure to feasibility studies, strategy, and transaction advisory.
