​This month, we're delighted to be joined by Tamara Cohen, founder of Mazál Bagels — the beloved bagel café that started in a Madrid apartment and now has two locations across Madrid. Tamara will be sharing her story: how she went from English teacher to full-time baker to business owner, the risks she took, the lessons she learnt and what it really takes to build something from scratch abroad.
