Tame the Drift with Varar
Coding agents write more code in a day than your team used to write in a month. So who knows what the system actually does now?
That PRD is written last week and Claude implemented in 2 hours is now stale. And even if it weren't, no human would want to read it because it was for an agent, not a human.
Every month there is a new "better" way to generate code faster and better. MCPs, skills, SDD, swarms, loops. And exactly none of them solve the problem of drift and truth.
This is the problem Varar aims to solve. Simple, readable Markdown documents that last, and stay up to date with your software. When the documentation and software drift apart, your build fails.
Varar (https://varar.dev) is built on the ideas from Cucumber, without the BDD dogma and rigidness of Gherkin.
This session will be a mix of rants and demos.
