Fireside with Edward Lando
Edward Lando is returning to his alma mater for a fireside chat with Pareto Holdings.
Join us in Huntsman Hall on September 9th to hear about Edward’s journey from building startups as a Penn student to founding Pareto Holdings.
Edward graduated from Wharton in 2014 and has been building companies since he was 18. While at Penn, he taught himself to build websites and apps, started multiple companies, and went through Y Combinator his senior year. Today, he is the founder of Pareto Holdings and has personally invested in 1,000+ startups as their earliest believer. Pareto has backed companies including Ramp, Mercury, Juicebox, Starcloud, Modern Treasury, and many more.
We’ll talk about his path from Penn to startups and venture, why Pareto believes in backing exceptional people from day zero, what he looks for in the people he backs, and his advice for students thinking about building something of their own.
