We’re excited to spotlight Kei Coffee Company, founded by Carlee Harrington, a mobile espresso bar serving specialty coffee across the Grand Strand from a one-of-a-kind vintage Kei truck. Built in the bed of a 1993 Mitsubishi Minicab and affectionately named Lil Blu, this tiny blue coffee truck brings high-quality espresso drinks, lattes, cold brew, and more to events, pop-ups, markets, and everyday coffee lovers throughout Myrtle Beach and surrounding communities.
Carlee’s coffee journey began long before Kei Coffee Co took to the streets — she spent years working as a barista, learning what makes a great cup of coffee and how the perfect drink can bring people together. When burnout from the everyday grind hit, she reconnected with her dream of owning a coffee business, ultimately transforming her passion into a mobile coffee experience built around connection, joy, and excellent espresso.
