About Event

Payal (class of 2001) will guide an in-person 50-minute embodied healing practice that weaves together gentle stretching, restorative yoga, and meditation. This session builds on a well‑received virtual program that MHC–NYC hosted with Payal in 2023, inviting participants to reconnect through grounding movement and shared reflection. The practice includes reflective prompts and group discussion inspired by Blessed Rest, an affirmational card deck Payal created to remind us that rest is our collective birthright and an essential part of healing.

Open to all ages and levels.

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement and stretching.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled before the session begins.

Following the event there will be a casual gathering at GOGOJANG CAFE (150 W 55th St, New York, NY 10019).

For anyone requiring financial support, feel free to reach out to the MHC-NYC club ([email protected]).
