Attorneys walk through real clause language, flag what is negotiable, and help you know when it's time for legal review. Andrew Kim: Andrew Kim focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters within the energy industry. He has a particular interest in renewable energy projects and extensive experience in tax equity investments across the United States as well as experience advising clients on a wide variety of domestic and cross-border financial transactions.
He regularly advises lenders, sponsors and investors on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
While in law school, Andrew served as the Managing Editor for the Human Rights Law Review. He was also selected as the Intern of the Year by the International Refugee Assistance Project.
Stephen Babendreier: Stephen M. Babendreier focuses his practice on corporate advisory and transactional matters in the renewable energy sector. He has experience in a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and tax equity transactions.
During law school, Stephen served as chief managing editor of the UCLA Law Review and as co-chair of the UCLA Latinx Law Students Association.
