Decay Chain Reading
A child sketches a drawing of their family with plutonium they found on the street. They turn their family into radioactive goop and miraculously survive, but are forced to live a series of dwindling half-lives connected by the disastrous effects of radiation (and the destabilizing Entity of Art). This play is about hot glow -- of radioactive sludge, of the melting and shapeshifting of queer/trans bodies into various forms, of the burning desire to create art with no good answer as to why.
