We're putting on a gallery show!!
This first gallery show explores the theme ancient://technology.
How is the past a protocol for the future? How can we reimagine the path dependencies that got us from ancient times to now? How can we use old mediums in new ways, and new mediums in old ways?
We will explore the relationship between ancient knowledge and current and future technology through the works of artists across a number of multi-disciplinary and non-disciplinary practices.
The show will run from August 7th to August 28th, with gallery hours of Wednesday to Saturday, 12pm - 6pm (and can open other times/days on request)

5x5 Collective is a new project aimed at supporting artists and makers across media and disciplinary boundaries. In an age of big shifts, we need to re-imagine ways of seeing, being, and doing. 5x5 aims to help with that re-imagination through events like this one, making art and other works, and investing in builders with unique visions.
