Audio 101 is Monolithic Studio’s introduction to performance for audio. Designed for emerging performers, writers and creatives, the programme explores storytelling through voice, sound and imagination.
Participants will learn microphone technique, vocal performance, audio storytelling, Foley and sound effects, ensemble recording, script interpretation and creative collaboration.
Working with professional scripts and original material, participants will develop the skills required to perform confidently for podcasts, radio drama, audiobooks and immersive audio experiences. The programme concludes with professionally recorded performances that will contribute towards Monolithic Theatre’s growing archive.
