☆ PART 1: COSMIC WEATHER FORECAST
We’ll open our circle by sharing intentions. Then, our astrology fairy Eden will start us off by informing us about the cosmic climate of Capricorn season — what to lean into, what to leave behind, and how to make the most of Capricorn energy to lock in on your visions for 2026.
☆ PART 2: REIKI-INFUSED BREATHWORK JOURNEY
After astrological insight, we’ll lie down and journey inward through a reiki-infused breathwork practice — a soft, playful approach to release and renewal.
Guided by Mina’s voice and soundscape of airy, whimsical music, your breath becomes the bridge between body and imagination. Gentle rhythmic breathing invites sensations of tingling, warmth, and expansion as stuck energy begins to move.
This isn’t about “doing it right” — it’s about letting yourself explore with playful curiosity. Reiki energy blankets the room and flows to wherever you need it most, offering subtle energetic adjustments and emotional balancing.
☆ PART 3: INTEGRATION, STILLNESS, AND JOURNALING
After the breathwork, we’ll drop into a rest to ground and integrate the energy. Reiki will continue to flow through the room and provide an extra oomph of love. Thoughtful journal prompts will be provided to help you crystalize your breathwork insights.
Expect to leave feeling light, open, clear, and in touch with your inner truth.
☆ WHAT TO BRING
Wear cozy, movable clothes. Bring a water bottle, and journal. Extra layers are recommended (breathwork can make you cool down). Tea and nourishing snacks will be available for purchase in the café.

Mina (she/her), founder of Sweetie Pie Angel Club, is an Iranian-American Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, artist, emotional influencer, and vibe curator based between Bushwick and the online sphere. A Los Angeles native turned Brooklyn creative, she’s been facilitating healing spaces since 2016.
Mina’s work is queer-inclusive, collaborative, and playful. She sees clients privately (online and in Bushwick), teaches Reiki-infused Breathwork, and leads Reiki trainings. Sweetie Pie Angel Club isn’t just about healing, but also about expression and connection. Mina curates breathwork community hangs with her partner, teams up with other multi-disclipinary artists, as well as teaches regularly at both Maha Rose and Reforesters Laboratory.
Clients describe Mina as genuine, warm, funny, and able to hold big space without rigidity. She believes spirituality doesn’t have to be dogmatic — it can be soft, experimental, intuitive, and fluid.
Eden Sky Orion is an NYC-based astrologer, writer, and mind-body guide helping those on the edge of change find clarity and confidence in their next steps. She holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Columbia University and works at the intersection of astrology, depth psychology, somatics, and holistic wellbeing. Her work ranges from 1:1 readings and mentorship to Pilates & meditation classes, courses, and retreats. For those who sense something is shifting but need to see the map a little more clearly, Eden’s work is about coming home to yourself.
