Liberating Structures Lab Berlin

Practice. Play. Better Collaboration.

At the end of the month, we will be gathering at Bonial for the 3rd event of our 10th year in Liberating Structures Lab Berlin — a hands-on, interactive evening for anyone who wants to make meetings and teamwork more engaging and effective.

If you’ve never heard of Liberating Structures before, that’s completely fine.

LSLab Berlin is a community practice space where we experiment with simple facilitation methods that help groups:

• Include more voices
• Think better together
• Solve real challenges
• Turn conversations into action

No lectures.
No slides.
No passive listening.
No deep dive debriefing and NO PANELS.

You learn by participating.

This Lab

🚆 Host: Bonial
🗓 Theme: How do we create an environment that gives people energy to do their best work?
👥 Format: Small groups, structured interaction, real collaboration using our collective intelligence and playfulness

The String (of structures) we will use:
- Mad Tea Party
- Critical Uncertainties

Each Lab includes:

✔️ Networking & connecting

We don’t do long debriefs during the session — on purpose.
The experience mirrors real work: practical, fast-paced, and participatory.

• Encourage attendance commitment
• Provide hosts with accurate guest numbers

If you’re facing financial hardship or have recently been laid off, reach out — we’ll waive the fee. We want you there.
