Barcelona Local Hub: From L&D Problem to AI Prototype - The Thinking Process & Practical Journey
Hola Shakers! 💃
Join us for the final session of our three-part series on Human & AI Collaboration, where we’ll close by exploring the practical doubts and curiosities many of us have been sharing:
How do you go from a genuine L&D problem to a working AI-powered prototype?
What does that thinking process actually look like?
And what role does AI play not just as a tool you build with, but as a thinking partner that helps you figure out what to build?
✨What to expect✨
This session will focus on the thinking process behind turning a real L&D problem into a working AI-powered prototype. You'll learn about how an AI coaching platform proof of concept was built using Claude, to help learners practice skills through conversations with specialized AI coaches, while generating learning data that can be used to track and demonstrate progress over time.
Expect an honest conversation about experimentation, dead ends, and pivots. This session is meant to generate ideas, fuel your thinking, and give you the courage to try something with AI as a thinking partner.
✨Meet our facilitators✨
