AAC Alliance Formation & Year Two Plenary

​The AAC Alliance Formation & Year Two Plenary is a working and decision-making forum marking the transition from the current AAC Working Group and pilot phase into a member-led Alliance on Agricultural Circularity and Regeneration.

​The plenary will bring members together to validate lessons and evidence from Pilot A and Pilot B, formally constitute the Alliance, establish its governance framework, elect its leadership, and agree on priorities and workstreams for Year Two.

​Members will also define ownership, assign workstream responsibilities, agree on key resolutions and deadlines, and establish the Alliance’s first 90-day action and accountability plan. The day will conclude with a networking lunch to strengthen connections among members.

• ​8:30–9:15 AM: Arrival, opening and transition to Alliance

• ​9:15–10:25 AM: Pilot A & Pilot B validation

• ​10:25–11:35 AM: Cross-pilot synthesis and formal Alliance formation

• ​11:35 AM–12:45 PM: Year Two priorities, workstreams and shared timeline

• ​12:45–1:25 PM: Leadership confirmation and election

• ​1:25–2:00 PM: Working groups, commitments, resolutions and close

• ​2:00–3:00 PM: Closing networking lunch
